When you choose Magnetite Canada, you share personal information with us so that we may provide services that best meet your needs.  Our Agreements contain privacy disclosures and we assume your consent for our company to use this information in an appropriate manner.  We may use and disclose this information to all parties involved in the entire process.  This includes, advertising the property in any medium, including electronic media, disclosing property information to prospective contractors, home inspectors, appraisers, insurance companies and other sales people, all who may be involved, as is consistent with the installation of our product.

What We Will Not Do With Your Information

We do not sell client/customer information to anyone.  Nor do we share that information with companies or organizations outside of our membership that would use it to contact you about their own products or services.

We Strive To Protect Your Personal Information

All employees and salespeople who are granted access to customer records understand the need to keep this information protected and confidential.  They know they are to use the information only for the purposes intended.  This expectation is clearly communicated.  We’ve established physical systems and safeguards, along with processes, to protect this information from unauthorized use or access to ensure that it is not lost, stolen, copied or modified without permission.
